FROM FLORENCE:
Reach the A1 Certosa roundabout, then follow the signs to Tavarnuzze - Greve in Chianti (third roundabout exit, SR2).
OR
Drive towards the A1 Firenze Sud access. As you leave Florence, follow the signs to Grassina - Strada in Chianti - Greve in Chianti (SR222).
FROM THE AIRPORT: Leave the airport, turning right at the traffic light to join the A11. Follow the signs to the A1, taking the second motorway exit towards ROMA. proceed on the A1 towards Rome, and exit at Firenze Certosa. At the roundabout, go straight (second exit) towards Greve in Chianti. Remain on the same road, following signs to Greve in Chianti.
As you enter the town of Greve in Chianti, pass through one set of traffic lights, then turn right immediately before the ESSO service station, into Via L. Falsettacci. Following the signs for Fattoria Zano and Pieve di San Cresci, turn right after about 50m into Via di Colognole, and then immediately left into Via di Zano. Remain on this road, which climbs steeply and becomes an unsealed road, for about 2.5 km, passing Fattoria Zano and Pieve di San Cresci. Shortly after the latter, there is a tiny cemetery on your right hand side. Turn right here, and follow the road until you arrive at Villa Bordoni.
FROM ROME:
Take the A1 motorway ("autostrada"), direction "Firenze" / "Bologna". Exit the A1 at Incisa, then follow signs to Figline, then Greve in Chianti. Remain on this road, following signs to Greve as you drive along. As you come down the hill into Greve in Chianti you cross the minor river "Greve" and reach a set of traffic lights. Turn right, direction Florence, and after approximately 250m turn left at the ESSO service station into Via. L. Falsettacci.
Following the signs for Fattoria Zano and Pieve di San Cresci, turn right after about 50m into Via di Colognole, and then immediately left into Via di Zano. Remain on this road, which climbs steeply and becomes an unsealed road, for about 2.5 km, passing Fattoria Zano and Pieve di San Cresci.
